DD Auto Detailing requires a small deposit to confirm all appointments, which is applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. The deposit structure is straightforward: $25 for any standard detailing service (starting prices — final cost varies by vehicle) (exterior detail, interior detail, full detail, maintenance detail, headlight restoration), $50 for any ceramic coating installation under $1,000, and 10% of the total for any service priced over $1,000 (including premium ceramic coating packages, paint correction, and PPF installations). Deposits can be made at the time of booking online or over the phone. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures your preferred time slot is reserved.

Yes — you can book both mobile service and shop drop-off appointments through our online booking system or by calling (305) 301-7679. When booking, simply indicate whether you'd like our mobile unit to come to your location or whether you'd prefer to drop your vehicle off at our shop. For shop drop-off appointments, we will provide you with our current shop location details after booking confirmation. If you're unsure which option is best for your specific service and vehicle, call or text us and we'll recommend the ideal approach. Mobile is perfect for most standard detailing services, while drop-off is often preferred for ceramic coating, paint correction, and PPF.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability for your preferred date and time. For premium services like multi-stage paint correction, ceramic coating installations, and full PPF applications, we recommend booking at least one week in advance as these services require extended time blocks. During peak season and holidays, availability fills up quickly — booking as early as possible is always recommended. That said, we do our best to accommodate same-day and next-day requests when our schedule allows, especially for quick services like exterior details and headlight restoration. We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time by calling or texting (305) 301-7679. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full deposit refund or the deposit can be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit, as we reserve time blocks specifically for each appointment. Rescheduling is always free when done with adequate notice. We're flexible and want to make the process as easy as possible for our Miami-Dade clients.
